Host Biography
Kengon has extensive experience in systems/software design and development, support and operations, having worked in technology since 1984 in multiple roles from that of an individual contributor to executive management.
Recognized an industry expert and leader in Outside-In Thinking, Lean and Service Management, Kengon is regularly invited to write and give presentations internationally.
Having spent most of his career working as part of professional services organizations, he also been an educator and spent time as part of “End User” organizations. Kengon’s most recent experience has been around being an industry analyst and executive advisor.
