Boardroom.Inc is the ultimate C-Suite training tool, putting executive teams to test in order to improve and drive performance. C-suite executives are tasked to take a struggling business from good to great.
In the simulation, executives will need to demonstrate high levels of teamwork, empathy, and resilience. They will have to build the governance around improvements, make a profit, and create an organization that is agile and able to react to changing marketplace conditions.

With Boardroom.Inc, executives will be able to develop and improve leadership and management skills, as well as identify succession and training needs. Other outcomes include assimilating asymmetric and distributed data, understanding the approach to risk management, and developing a deep understanding of complexity resolution.
Boardroom.Inc can be played virtually or in a classroom and is designed for groups of up to 15 people.
